Goldridge Estate Agents and Dominic Heaume raise funds for MUG

Goldridge Estate Agents celebrated the end of the football season by donating a cheque for £525 to local charity Male Uprising Guernsey (MUG).
To mark its tenth anniversary last summer, the firm had linked up with Guernsey FC star Dom Heaume in a deal that would result in his nominated charity MUG receiving £25 for every goal he scored during the 2012/2013 season.
The centre midfield player scored 21 goals, which delighted both Goldridge and Trevor Kelham, MUG founder, as well as Dom himself.
Goldridge director, Kelvin Seeds, said they were delighted with the number of goals Dom scored. 'Not only are we going to continue to 'sponsor' Dom as a GFC player, but he's agreed to keep up the good work for MUG during the 2013/2014 season.'
Trevor Kelham was also impressed with Dom's goal scoring record and said how grateful he was for Goldridge's support. 'Dom is very good at what he does, and we hope he will be just as prolific during the forthcoming season!' he said.
'What has been another fantastic season for Guernsey FC has been made all the more special thanks to the generosity of Goldridge Estate Agents. I am very grateful for the continued support, and their idea to get involved by donating to MUG every time I scored a goal gave me an added incentive to perform well while giving something back to the community,' Dom concluded.
