All too many people have been touched by cancer. Maybe you’ve lost a friend or loved one or maybe know someone who is currently battling cancer.

Why not help us raise awareness of male cancers and much needed funds for the local care of cancer patients?

It’s a unique two-hour ride, 95% off-road, starting at Saumarez Park, going to Grandes Rocques via the La Mare nature trail, then Rousse, L’Ancresse, Bordeaux and finishing at Vale Castle.

This year MUG Riders will have the option of taking in the new Mountain Bike Trail around the rim of Les Vardes quarry.

There will also be a short technical route around some obstacles at Beaucette Marina to test your bike riding skills!

Bring your kids for a leisurely two hour family ride (aged seven and up). The after party at Vale Castle will have music, entertainment and refreshments available to buy.

Sign up and get sponsored to ride 12 coastal miles and join the after party at Vale Castle. On Sunday 9th October, up to 900 people can ride on this scenic route which includes paths normally closed to the public.
